FREQUENTLY asked Agent Questions

The opportunity to join our agent network is open to all residents of South Africa who have an interest in starting a business and are willing to commit time to see the success and growth of their business. If you reside outside of South Africa please contact our office for support regarding this opportunity.

Agents purchase and resell products in their nominated territories. They are independent representatives of the brands (and Niche Hair Care) and bear all liability related to selling and distributing our products. They must conduct themselves with integrity and honesty. Agents are required to keep within our recommended pricing as listed in the company retail pricelist at that time. We reserve the right to de-register any agents who fail to comply with our recommended price structures, have been tagged in multiple customer complaints or who participate in fraudulent or illegal activities.

There is currently no registration fee. You only need to complete the listing forms and once approved you will receive a notification via email that you can start purchasing. A minimum stock purchase applies to each purchase made.  Should you fail to make one minimum order value purchase within a given 3 month cycle we will assume you are longer interested in being an agent and you will be de-listed from our agent listing. You will need to resubmit an application should you want to resume as an agent. The minimum stock purchase (per order) must equal or exceed a value of R3200 to qualify for bulk pricing as an agent.

Orders and payments can be done electronically via our B2B portal. Orders sent via email or messenger will not be processed. Once payment is received you will receive notification via email about the status of your order. 

Common notification messages are listed below:

  • Order Accepted: Payment has been processes and order is secured
  • Completed:  Order has been shipped via courier or has been collected by client
  • Ready for Collection: Order is ready for the client to collect their order from our offices. If you are collecting your order from our office you can choose to pay using Credit Card or Debit Card when collecting at our offices.

Delivery

The default delivery method is via courier. This can take 2 -3 working days when delivering to major centres. Additional charges will be applied to your order for the courier service

You can also select to collect your order from our offices. Orders can only be collected once your order status is changed to “Ready for collection”.

Profit is variable per product but on agents make between 15- 20% profit on sales. Exact pricing and margins can e determined once you are a registered agent and are granted access to our B2B portal.

You can cancel your membership at any time. Please ensure you communicate your cancellation to our office as active agents are marketed to clients.

Agent who fail to make one minimum order purchase within a 60 day cycle period will have their accounts deactivated automatically and will be required to register again if they wish to continue reselling.

 

How to cancel membership

You can communicate to our accounts office ([email protected]) that you no longer wish to be listed as an agent and we will de-register your account.

NB!

  • We offer a money back guarantee on all stock items that you may want to return as long as the stock is returned in its original state (Unused and without damage to package or label).
  • The cost and logistics of returning any stock for refund lies with the agent.
  • Refunds will only be processed within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods.

DISTRIBUTION PARTNER

Distribution is the upsize of the Agent reseller model.  If you own a store, run an online platform with a registered business you qualify within this network. Distributors can buy and resell within specific territories and benefit from our marketing pages and campaigns to help boost sales of our products within their business.
