Deliveries

As lock down restrictions change from time to time, the movement of our courier partners may also be impacted. During this time we are working closely with the couriers to ensure that your parcel is delivered as quickly as possible For delivery to major centres we aim to meet delivery within  1 - 3 working days.
  • All  centres in Gauteng: 1 - 2 working days
  • Other major centres: 2-3 working days
For remote areas (non major centres) there are delays in courier deliveries. On average we are able to deliver within 4 working days but in rare cases this may extend to 7 working days. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your parcel please feel free to chat to our support team. A live chat link is available on the bottom left hand side of your screen. We provide delivery within South Africa. Delivery to other countries can be arranged at an additional shipping fee to the customer. We use international shipping partners such as DHL. To get assistance with this option please contact our office. Please allow more time for this process as shipping quotes will be based on the size of your order and must be obtained from the courier before we can invoice you.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. Sometimes we may make an error or we may partially fulfill your order due to unforseen circumstances, in the latter case we will communicate this to you before shipping.

Should you receive damaged goods or have items  missing from your package without communication from our team please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will guide you on the next steps to ensure you get the missing order items.

We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. Should you receive damaged goods or have items  missing from your package please follow the following guidelines for assistance:

  1. If the box you receive from the courier has been tampered with or there are obvious signs that a leakage or spillage may have occurred please do not accept the parcel. Return the parcel to the courier who will route it back to our office for inspection. Don't worry we will immediately send a replacement order to you once the courier has confirmed the parcel is routed for return.
  2. If you receive a  parcel with missing or damaged contents please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will guide you through the next steps for the return and replacement of any damaged/ missing stock items.

We ship for FREE within South Africa for any order over R650 in value (Ts&Cs apply).

Shipments within South Africa

Shipping rates for all other orders below the minimum value criteria and below 5kg will be charged at a standard shipping fee of R99.  Parcels exceeding 5kg (and which do not meet the minimum Free Delivery criteria) will incur additional shipping charges which will be automatically calculated by our system based on your location.

Shipments to areas outside of South Africa

Shipments to  outside of South Africa cannot be processed automatically by our system as we will need to consult an international courier for a shipping cost calculation.

Duty payments may apply and will be settled by the customer once calculated by the relevant customs authority. Please contact our customer service team for assistance or email [email protected]

Shipping support is only offered to Southern African countries (including South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi and Tanzania) at this time.

Shipping to most major centres within South Africa is within 1 - 2 working days of receiving confirmation that your order has been shipped.

For remote centres the shipping time can be up to 4 working days depending on the couriers schedule.
